What we collect

If you fill in the contact form or the room hire enquiry form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. Room hire enquiries also include the type of event, a preferred date and a rough guest count.

Why we collect it

Solely so that we can reply to you. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the club except the email provider that carries the message to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in the club’s inbox for as long as they are useful — normally no longer than a year after the enquiry is settled. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Nothing here follows you around the web.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below or ring the club and we’ll sort it out.
